Associate Out Of Town broker

Purpose​

​

As a AssociateOut Of Town broker, your objective is to handle Real Estate transactions from the prospection to the closing of sales transactions in the out of town business segment. You already have a good to in-depth knowledge of the real estate out of town market and/or a good to advanced experience in capital markets.​

You will report to and be closely coached by the Head of Capital Markets Retail who is in charge of the Department.​

Your responsibilities​

• You will proactively call and visit prospective clients in order toidentify potential new transactions,​

• You will guide clients in their portfolio optimization and investment strategy,​

• You will gain understanding of our commercial and Marketing strategy,​

• You will work closely with the team to gain in-depth knowledge of new and existing clients,​

• You will execute and follow up on existing mandates,​

• You will generate new mandates

• You will prepare client presentations, pitches and other documents,​

• You will help update internal databases with collected data, when necessary.​

Your skills and experience​

• You have a degree in Real Estate, Commercial Engineering, Economy or Law and min. 5 years experience in a real estate corporate environment, ideally in the out of town business segment.​

• Your service-oriented attitude and pro-activity invariably lead to a high client satisfaction, both internally and ​
  externally,​

• You enjoy building professional relationships –internally as well as externally.​

• You have excellent organisational skills which enable you to multi-task and prioritise efficiently,​

• You are a team-player but are also able to work autonomously and take initiative,​

• You have strong attention to detail and consider yourself to be a completer/finisher,​

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment,​

• You are perseverant, resilient and stress resistant,​

• You have good command of the MS Office package and you feel comfortable learning to use new ​
  software/applications,​

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Dutch,​

• Above all, you have a positive and friendly personality.​
