Role

This role plays a key part in managing Order-to-Cash (OTC) ensuring consistent compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have strong contract interpretation skills, moderate Excel capabilities (macros & additional knowledge preferred), and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting & Billing

· Support OTC operations.

· Capable of handling both Revenue and billing

· Handle client billing

Contract & Revenue Management

· Review contracts to determine accurate billing values.

· Set up Workday contracts aligned with customer agreements.

· Manage contract changes and change orders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Maintain accurate billing records and ensure data consistency.

Process Improvement & Compliance

· Identify and implement improvements in billing processes.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skill and analytical skills.
  • Excel skills – intermediate level.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and billing terms.
  • Good time management skills – which allows you to manage your own time and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • M.Com, B. Com or professional accounting qualifications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
