Join Novonesis as a Process Associate – Operations Support and contribute to operational support activities for an assigned region. In this role, you will collaborate with operations teams and stakeholders while supporting process order activities, reporting, documentation, and new transitional tasks.

The role & your impact

As Process Associate – Operations Support, you will support the effective delivery of regional operations activities. Your work will include process order creation, maintenance and follow-up, operational reporting, standard operating procedure documentation, and coordination with stakeholders and clients.

Your key responsibilities in this role

• Support operations activities for the assigned region, working closely with the Operations team.
• Create and maintain process orders in SAP, support process order consumption activities, and follow up with Finance when required.
• Perform maintenance and reporting activities and support departmental process orders for the assigned region.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients and participate in ad hoc activities with key stakeholders.
• Support team members with new transitional tasks and responsibilities, as well as other activities required by the department and line of business.

What you'll need to be successful in this role

• 0–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including combining and analyzing data.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional activities and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Working conditions

This role is based in Bangalore and follows a hybrid working arrangement. Travel is expected to be minimal and only when required. There is no defined rotational shift requirement; working requirements may apply on a need basis.
