Salary: Up to 3-4.5 LPA

About the role:
The Associate - Operations supports smooth, consistent implementation of school-level interventions. You will work closely with schools, teachers, and district officials to coordinate activities, maintain quality, and ensure day-to-day execution that enables strong learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation: Support planning, coordination, and daily implementation in schools.
• Fieldwork: Conduct regular school visits to observe, assist, and strengthen delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality and consistency across sessions and activities.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation, reporting, and clear communication with teams.
• Logistics: Support logistics, materials, and on-ground operational needs.
• Relationship Building: Build positive working relationships with school teams.
• Feedback Loop: Share field observations to help teams adapt and improve.
