The OmniCommerce team sits at the intersection of dining, discovery, and commerce. We power two of Grab's most consumer-loved experiences — Dine Out Deals and Restaurant Reservations — helping diners find great value at their favourite restaurants while helping restaurant partners grow their businesses through Grab's platform.

Get to Know the Role
We are looking for an Associate to drive the operations engine behind our Dine Out Deals and Reservations businesses. You'll be the go-to person for managing operations processes, supporting merchant partnerships, and ensuring the operational workflows that connect our sales team with restaurant partners run smoothly and at scale.
You'll work across merchant onboarding, deal lifecycle management, partner performance, and cross-functional coordination — building and improving the processes that help our sales team close deals, retain partners, and grow revenue. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving commercial environment, is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in keeping complex operations well-organised.
You'll report to the Senior Manager of OmniCommerce, and work onsite at our Singapore One North office.
