This role serves as the operational and coordination engine of the OD & Inclusion team. Its main objective is to ensure that all initiatives (OD, Learning, Talent, Inclusion) are executed in an aligned, structured, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of strategic projects (timelines, dependencies, deliverables).
  • Manage annual planning cycles, program calendars, and initiative tracking.
  • Develop and maintain team operational tools (playbooks, trackers, templates).
  • Ensure clear communication, reporting, and alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Project Owners and Global Teams

What the Role is Looking For

  • Highly organized profile with strong execution focus
  • Strong project/program management capabilities
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and manage multiple priorities

  • Structured thinking with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

Years of Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Organizational Development, Talent, Learning, or similar roles
  • Experience in project coordination or program management
  • Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering (with people/HR focus) or Related fields
  • Advanced English (required) – strong written and verbal communication in global environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, analysis)
  • PowerPoint (executive presentations)
