Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and maintain SKU-level vendor costing.
  • Manage vendor pricing revisions, negotiated discounts, and approved cost changes.
  • Update and reconcile data across PLM, costing tools.
  • Validate data for missing SKUs, duplicates, incorrect costs, and unusual price movements.
  • Maintain strong version control, data accuracy, and audit trail.
  • Prepare costing MIS, exception reports, and management updates.
  • Improve and automate trackers and reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years in sourcing/procurement operations, costing, product data, MIS, or vendor management.
  • Preferrable PLM experience and understanding of SKU/product lifecycle.
  • Advanced Excel skills XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS and data validation.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, ownership, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Power Query / Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

  • High accuracy of SKU and costing data.
  • Timely vendor pricing consolidation and PLM updates.
  • Minimal data discrepancies and pending exceptions.
  • Reliable sourcing trackers and MIS.
  • Improved process efficiency and reduced manual errors.
