Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
1) Production planning, scheduling, and implementation.
2) Provide technical knowledge and solutions.
3) Conduct investigation and research on new process and products.
4) Maintain and follow process documentation.
5) Review new part drawings and processes for proper utilization of machines.
6) Continually evaluate safety, ergonomics, productivity, and quality and improve process.
7) Knowledge in Auto CAD & Operating.
8) Maintain and implement correct tool, fixture, and part changes to improve product quality.
9) Maintain all jigs, fixtures, and tools in-house.
10) Knowledge in gear machine like Hobbing, shaping, Pointing, Shaving, hard turning, Cy Grinding, &Gear grinding with operating, programming & part setting.
11) Provide support for machine set-ups and training.
12) Trouble-shoot in production departments to minimize down-time.
13) Provide and implement training that will enable personnel to better perform their departmental functions.
14) Implement and coordinate established maintenance controls to see that they are followed as they relate to physical plant and production operation.
15) Implement SPC programs on shop floor to ensure consistent quality and continuous product improvements.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering with 2 years’ experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment working with machining equipment.
