This team helps them to understand the payment solutions andassist the merchants with its implementation.
About the role: For this role an individual will be leading a group of individuals,monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress, coordinating with different internalstakeholders payment solution/services.
Expectations/ Requirements● The individual will leading the group of individuals, who will be assisting Paytm’sMerchant with the integration of Paytm Payment products.● The individual will be working along with his Team, Paytm Product, Tech, andBusiness Team to understand different product suites and their implementation.● The individual will take ownership of the team, mentor them, handle escalations,and cordinate with different teams to get things done.● The individual will take part in meetings/concall with various internal and externalstakeholders involved in the Paytm payment product integration process, onboarding process and operations process● The individual will be maintaining the regular reports to be published, analysis ofthe data at hands, and presenting the data as per requests● The individual will have to be quick and maintain minimum TAT for him and histeam● The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their dailywork via different workflow tools● The individual must have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-date technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any codinglanguage● The individual must have good communications skill and excellent problem-solving skills● The individual must be able to work in a 24*7 environment● Be a brand ambassador for Paytm – Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant!
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role● Knowledge of any language (Ex:-PHP,JAVA, ASP.Net, Python, etc) andplatform(Android, iOS, Hybrid Apps,Plugins)● Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languagesand platforms● Individuals with experience in platform integrations/Implementation/Solutionsteam for products and services will be preferred but not mandatory● Analytics and presentation skills● Experience in leading people, maintaining the process and enhancing the process
