The Associate Merchandiser for the Miles Hard Goods Division plays a key role in supporting customer relationships and driving the product lifecycle from order placement through delivery. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers, and contribute to the overall success of the division through strong execution and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day merchandising operations, including order entry, tracking, and communication with customers and overseas teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of purchase orders, production schedules, and customer requirements.
  • Partner with the Miles team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in line with quality and compliance standards.
  • Manage artwork timelines and coordinate commercial packaging requirements with overseas offices and customers.
  • Assist in preparing product specifications, pricing forms, and supporting the tender process.
  • Coordinate the distribution, approval, and tracking of product samples between factories and customers.
  • Provide consistent, high-level customer service and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, sales support, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 1–3 times per year, as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00 per hour. The offered hourly rate for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
