Have you used Medius AP Automation, M3, or Dynamics 365 in your daily work and become curious about the consulting side of the business? We are looking for someone who understands finance processes from a user perspective and wants to help customers optimize the way they work. If that sounds like you, you might be our next Associate Medius Business Consultant.

Location: Denmark (Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg), Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö), Norway (Oslo) or hybrid

About this role

As an Associate Business Consultant, you will help customers improve and optimize their finance processes through Medius AP Automation. Building on your practical experience from finance or Accounts Payable, you will work closely with experienced consultants and customers to understand business needs, create solutions, and support successful implementations.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who has worked with these processes from the customer side and is eager to take the next step into consulting. You will gain hands-on experience with implementation projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and gradually develop into a trusted advisor for customers.

As part of our EIM team, you will collaborate with skilled colleagues in a culture built on trust, knowledge sharing, and freedom with responsibility. Together, we help customers drive digital transformation and create more efficient finance processes. With a structured onboarding plan and exciting projects already in the pipeline, you will have the opportunity to develop your consulting skills and make an impact from day one.

Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting customers in optimizing and automating their Accounts Payable and finance processes.
• Participating in workshops and helping translate business requirements into efficient and scalable solutions.
• Being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from solution design and planning to implementing Medius as an add-on to M3 or Dynamics 365.
• Assisting with solution configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities in collaboration with customers and project teams.
• Working closely with experienced consultants to understand customer needs and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Building knowledge of AP Automation, Medius, and ERP integrations while developing your consulting capabilities.

You are curious about the bridge between finance and technology and motivated by helping organizations improve the way they work. You bring valuable experience from the customer side and enjoy understanding business processes and finding ways to make them more efficient. You are eager to learn, collaborate with others, and develop your skills in a customer-facing consulting role.

You also bring:

• A solid understanding of Accounts Payable and finance processes from a user or business perspective.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a interest in technology and process improvement.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and technical specialists.
• A willingness to learn and develop expertise within Medius AP Automation, ERP integrations, and business consulting.

Qualifications

• Experience working within Finance, Accounts Payable, ERP, AP Automation, or a related business function.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is considered an advantage.
• Experience using Medius AP Automation and/or ERP systems such as M3, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position (for transportation to customers)
