Location: New Delhi, Pune

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Understand field realities and identify programmatic data requirements across projects and geographies.
• 
  Conceptualize and implement measurement, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for large-scale programs.
• 
  Design, manage, and streamline data collection systems and processes.
• 
  Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• 
  Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support decision-making at different organizational levels.
• 
  Collaborate closely with program teams to strengthen implementation efficiency and program outcomes.
• 
  Support strategic planning and evidence-based decision-making using data insights.
• 
  Conduct field visits and engage with stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of on-ground implementation realities.

Educational Qualifications

• 
  Undergraduate degree or higher in any discipline.
• 
  Candidates from Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields will be preferred.

Skills & Experience

• 
  Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in data analytics, monitoring & evaluation, research, consulting, or related roles.
• 
  Demonstrated interest in data analysis and problem-solving with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• 
  Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• 
  Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• 
  Working knowledge of tools such as Tableau, SQL, R, or similar analytical platforms will be an added advantage.
• 
  Willingness to travel to different locations for field engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
