Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in performance advertising with Google Ads.
• Experience in sales and digital media.
• Ability to communicate in English, and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the digital media ecosystem of Search advertising.
• Knowledge of Gaming and Apps industry and the capacity to align Google’s innovative solutions with clients business objectives.
• Ability to build partnerships and utilize consultative sales techniques to influence key business stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate intricate performance metrics using advertising and measurement platforms like Google Ads or Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and strategic mindset with a proactive approach to delivering impactful results and creative problem-solving skills.

As a Performance Specialist within the Large Customer Sales team, you will support and drive customer advertising and digital transformation on Google Ads (including Search, Performance Max, and other related media campaigns), with a core focus on CN Gaming and App clients.

In this role, you will act as an expert in Search+ solutions specifically Google Ads performance solutions (Search and Performance Max campaigns) to help grow business from key accounts. You will provide actionable recommendations to clients and the sales team, serve as a dedicated solutions expert, and be recognized as a trusted search ads professional for CxOs.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Google Performance Ads business (including Search and Performance Max campaigns) for CN Gaming and App clients.
• Build strong relationships with the Sales team and executive leadership to drive the Google Performance business strategy across the country and region.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, and gTech teams to launch Search/Performance Max products and features.
• Identify product gaps and build robust business cases based on advertiser needs; synthesize multiple viewpoints and communicate the client perspective regarding product features and solutions necessary to drive long-term success for the Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients.
