Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for end-to-end material planning and procurement for critical components, covering demand planning, PO execution, supplier management, and inventory control. Ensure supply continuity, minimize production disruptions, and support new product launches through proactive planning. Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.
  • 1. Material Planning & PO Management
  • Drive MRP-based material planning and purchase order execution, including timely PO release, confirmation tracking, and lifecycle management (expiry, changes, and closure) to ensure supply continuity.
  • 2. Supplier Collaboration & Delivery Control
  • Manage supplier communication and delivery performance by monitoring in-transit orders, aligning with MRP exception messages (pull-in/push-out/cancel), and participating in supplier performance evaluation.
  • 3. Shortage & Demand Fulfillment Management
  • Monitor material availability for production, including work order shortages, business orders, and trial runs, to ensure timely and accurate supply for production execution.
  • 4. Material Master Data & Parameter Governance
  • Maintain and validate material master data and key planning parameters with procurement and suppliers to ensure data accuracy and planning effectiveness.
  • 5. Exception Handling & Risk Mitigation
  • Manage material supply risks and exceptions (delivery, quality, etc.), and drive timely resolution to minimize production disruptions and line stoppages.
  • 6. Inventory & Obsolescence Management
  • Control inventory levels and lead obsolescence prevention initiatives, including EOL material handling and excess reduction, to achieve inventory turnover targets.
  • 7. Financial & Supplier Settlement
  • Support supplier reconciliation and payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial settlement.
  • 8. Analytics & Digitalization
  • Leverage Power BI and data modeling to monitor material and production performance, and drive data-driven improvements and cross-functional problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Over 3 years of experience in procurement and material management in large electronics-related enterprises.
  • Familiar with material management and procurement, inventory control, assisting in handling quality anomalies, and familiar with the market background of related materials.
  • Familiar with ERP systems, especially SAP MM/PP modules.
  • Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel.
  • Readingy,oral and writing in English
  • Proficient in applying digital tools such as Power BI, Power Query, VBA and AI.
  • Good communication with other departments and negotiation tactics
  • Strong quick learning and self-study ability.
  • Can achieve outstanding performance under work pressure.
