We are looking for a Material Planner Associated for our Luserna San Giovanni (TO) location.
The candidate will follow the SAP/R3 system implementation project, procure material production, manage After Sales Customers and take part to the Logistics Projects.
• Take part to the SAP R/3 system implementation project (cleaning of master data, verification of migrated data, system testing).
• Create and update Standard work for SAP transactions
• Continuous training of warehouse and production staff on the use of the SAP system and related transactions
• Logistics After Sales Customer management from order receipt to delivery to the Customer (verification/updating of schedules, material procurement, production planning, customer logistics service, transport organization, customer portal management)
• Production material procurement (delivery schedules, delivery monitoring, incoming goods booking supplier visits)
• Cycle counting to ensure alignment between physical and accounting production materials stock
• Issuing transport documents and sales invoices.

Professional background:
The candidate must be able to interact with internal/external Customers, following the various logistical activities in the factory from order receipt to order fulfilment.
Essential:
• MS Office package good knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
• English Language (Lev B1)
• Comfortable interacting with internal/external customers
Strongly Preferred:
• Basic knowledge of the logistics processes of a manufacturing company
• Experience in logistics
• Basic knowledge of the SP R/3 management system
Soft skills:
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with different Teams
• Hard working, able to work in stressful condition
