
This position will provide agency education and instruction on the web-based tools of Johnson & Johnson and USLI to already appointed independent insurance agents. This person will also provide additional product information for a specific list of USLI products and develop sales strategies targeted at those products. The geographic territory will be the State of California; this position will require extensive travel throughout this territory and will be responsible for conducting a minimum of 20 agency visits per week.
Job Responsibilities:
Education and Work Experience:
· College degree OR equivalent business experience preferred but not required
· Candidates will be expected to pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the training and development plan. This will require self-study.
· Strong communication and organizational skills, networking and relationship ability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Remain flexible under the pressure of a heavy workload and critical deadlines
· Open to coaching and continuous improvement
