About the Role:

We’re looking for an Associate Marketing Project Manager to join our B2B Marketing Automation team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you’ll use our project management platform to manage campaigns end-to-end, from initial planning and project setup through production, delivery, and reporting. With a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, you’ll coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure all required information and deliverables are provided, manage timelines and project progress, and keep campaigns moving efficiently through production to ensure timely deployment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage projects in our project management platform: Set up and organize projects, assign and track tasks, follow up on outstanding items, resolve prioritisation conflicts, maintain accurate project information and timelines, and ensure projects are successfully finalised and closed out.
  • Drive campaign collaboration: Own campaigns end-to-end and foster cross-functional collaboration by aligning stakeholders on strategy and goals, and coordinating deliverables and deadlines.
  • Ensure strategic alignment: Ensure campaign plans, assets, messaging, and deliverables align with the overall campaign strategy and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance: Track campaign results and performance, using insights to identify opportunities and make recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Build on campaign learnings: Leverage insights and results from previous campaigns to inform and optimise future strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of marketing campaign experience with proven program management capabilities.
  • Strong communicators who can build effective relationships and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working with marketing and project management platforms such as Salesforce Account Engagement, Power BI, and Asana.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate status, priorities, and next steps.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Comfortable interpreting campaign data and performance metrics to identify insights and inform future decisions.
