The Associate Marketing Manager plays a critical role in supporting the execution and operational excellence of Interface's marketing activation efforts in the Americas market (US & Canada). This position owns key marketing programs, manages content and asset governance, coordinates cross-functional workflows, and ensures marketing resources are effectively delivered to internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Marketing Activation Manager, this role serves as the operational backbone of the Marketing Activation team, helping bring campaigns, content, events, and sales enablement initiatives to life across a variety of priority segments and partners. The Associate Marketing Manager will also coordinate projects, assist in budget management and ensure alignment with Global Marketing functions to maintain brand consistency.

A successful candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, collaborative, enthusiastic for various marketing disciplines, and can collaborate effectively across departments and global functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management and governance of assets, files and designated repositories/platforms for marketing materials in coordination with the global marketing team, sales organization, and other necessary stakeholders.
  • Coordinate customer storytelling and asset program through audience-specific photography, case studies, PR/awards materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, contributing to briefing, execution and management of regional marketing projects in support of designated segments or channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Provide any necessary support for key projects and activities led by the Marketing Activation Manager for the Americas region.
  • Provide reporting and analytics support to drive validation and optimization of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather input and assist in measurement and reporting.
  • Manage the routing of materials for appropriate for review and approvals to legal, global product and/or global marketing functions.
  • Assembly and delivery of content and materials to internal and external partners – vendors, associations, media, etc.
  • Support design and/or delivery of pertinent marketing training to relevant teams.
  • As needed, oversee project budgets, contract/PO management and complete any necessary administrative functions.
  • Proofing and content development as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of success.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in budget and resource management.
  • Adaptability and openness to new marketing trends and technologies.
  • Familiarity with the commercial flooring industry, understanding of market dynamics and customer needs a plus, but not required.

Role Requirements:

  • Up to 20% travel required
  • Hybrid environment - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
