Meet the team:

We are looking for aMarketing Services Supervisorto spearhead our marketing projects, overseebrandingand design efforts, and enhance our customer journey. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision,strategic marketingexpertiseand a deep understanding of the medical device industry, particularly in the diabetes space.

Where you come in:

Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

  • Coordinate with various departments to execute marketing projects,campaignsand initiatives effectively.

  • Work collaboratively withcross-functionalteams to ensure marketing projects,campaignsand initiatives are executed thoroughly.

  • Provide recommendations to projects and input into Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Healthcare Professional (HCP)strategy to support marketing management asrequired

Creative Leadership:

  • Develop and implement branding strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's vision and values across all design outputs.

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of marketing templates, guidelines, and assets in line with the company’s branding

Team Leadership:

  • Enable and empower the marketing services team to think big, own outcomes and continue to grow in their own development

  • Enhance communication,engagementand upskillingacrossthe marketing services team,includingtrainingonnew toolsand technologies to keep skills current and aligned with current trends.

Design Oversight:

  • Oversee the design team to ensure high-quality and impactful visual content aligned with product key messaging.

  • Provide guidance and feedback on design projects, ensuring they meet brand standards and projectobjectives

  • Collaborate with external design agencies and freelancers as needed.

  • Take ownership of branding in ANZ and provide recommendations to ensure consistency with branding

Customer Journey Management:

  • Map andoptimisethe customer journey (HCP and DTC), with a focus on improving the email journey and overall customer experience.

  • Analysecustomer touchpoints and implement strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction.

  • Utilisedata and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in the customer journey.

Process Development:

  • Establish and refine efficient marketing and design processes and workflows tooptimisemarketing team productivity and ensuretimelyproject delivery

What makes you successful:

  • You have aBachelor’s degree in marketing,designor related field. A medical background is preferable.

  • You haveminimumof 5-8 years’ experiencein design and branding strategies as well as project management.

  • You haveexperiencein medical devices, pharmaceutical,diagnosticsor diabetes(preferred)

  • You are an experienced marketer with a proventrack recordin executing marketing projects.

  • You have highproficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite

  • You have experience managing a small team of designers

  • You have strong analytical and customer insight skills, including confidence with both digital tools and traditional touchpoints across all channels and platforms

  • You are a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail

  • You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Events, Digital, Education, Sales) tooptimisequality and impact of channel plans and campaigns

  • You haveworkingknowledge of the Australian and New Zealand diabetes and healthcare markets and the ability to effectively interact with the sales team, external and internal customers

  • You havelearningagility.In particular fornew digital technology tooptimisecustomer understanding and improve customer engagement and journey

  • You are customer centric and have a strong interest in the medical devices industry

  • You have excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation and the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and ideas

  • You have a strong ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines

  • You have CRM or Marketing automation software experience, data updating, tracking (e.g.HubSpot or Marketing Cloud)
