In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Drive the development and execution of high-quality campaigns across Trip.com products effectively to achieve aggressive growth targets. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Business units, Campaign Operation, RM, etc) and draw on competitive sourcing, support, data & insight to address business challenges or opportunities, enhance campaign performance. 
  • In charge of product marketing fit, product grading, ideation of campaign materials, campaign landing page setup, content layout, and copy writing/translation. 
  • Track, measure each performance with quantitative metrics (order growth, conversion rate, user growth, ROI) in timely performance reporting. 
  • Understand Vietnamese travel demand. Maintain on going knowledge and an informed point of view regarding the cultural nuances and contexts that might affect Trip.com's growth in the Vietnam market.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years experience in performance marketing, marketing campaign in OTA/ecommerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to aggregate and spot patterns within multiple sources of data. 
  • Has hands-on experience in managing and excuting communication channels (in-app communication, EDM, social, KOLs, SEO,etc).
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to actively engage with and consider multiple perspectives in pursuit of the best approach to the idea. 
  • Business Level fluency in English for verbal/written communication.
  • Willingness to thrive, to try different growth hacks for the best market expansion.
