Corporate & Firmwide Employee Communications is an integral function at JPMorganChase, focused on reinforcing the firm’s culture and keeping employees informed about its priorities and diverse businesses. Members of the team serve as trusted advisors to the firm’s senior leaders and other communications managers across the company. The team oversees a variety of engagement channels and tools, including the corporate intranet (Company Home), firmwide employee newspaper (Ink), digital signage, Targeted Email (the firm’s broadcast email tool), internal exhibits, learning sessions, and large and small employee meetings and events.
As an Associate in the team, you’ll join a respected and high-performing group that are trusted counselors on Communications strategy, reporting to the head of GT Communications for India and APAC and accountable to the head of Communications for Consumer & Community Banking’s (CCB) Product & Experience and Technology (PXT) organization. Primary responsibility for this role is to develop and deliver communications strategies that reach across CCB’s PXT India organizations. As a member of the team, you’ll join a respected and high-performing group that are trusted counselors on Communications strategy.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative and detail-oriented individual who values their teammates and the power of the group in order to execute flawlessly. You should be intellectually curious and passionate to learn more about business, technology, agile, development and other topics in your effort to make complex concepts easily understood.
You’re also a strong writer who tells stories that move people and someone who can manage multiple projects seamlessly.
The role is based either in Mumbai or Bengaluru and will work closely with CCB PXT teams, GT Comms team based in India, and the CCB PXT Communications team based in the United States.
