Job Description

Associate Market Manager – Chronic Care

We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and commercially minded individual to join our Ireland Marketing team as an Associate Market Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high‑performing, mission‑driven organisation and play a key role in driving growth across our chronic care portfolios. Whether you’re an ambitious marketer early in your career or someone with a few years’ experience seeking a bigger challenge, this role offers a fantastic learning environment with exposure to strategic marketing, digital engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration.

The Role

You’ll support the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate our Chronic Care brands and strengthen our presence across the Irish market. Working closely with the Market Manager and wider commercial teams, you’ll help deliver compelling campaigns, optimise digital content, support new product launches, and contribute to initiatives that boost customer engagement and business performance.

You’ll play a key part in shaping our digital marketing efforts, managing content, driving social media activity, enhancing email marketing performance, and helping ensure our online presence aligns with Coloplast’s global and local strategies. Collaboration will be essential, as you’ll work closely with Sales, Clinical, Direct Services, Logistics, Commercial Excellence and Global Marketing to keep projects moving and deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking someone who is eager to learn, highly organised and naturally analytical, with a strong interest in marketing and digital communication. You may have experience in operational marketing, from product launches and brand management to digital campaign execution, or you may be growing your career and ready to build on early experience.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have strong communication skills, enjoy problem‑solving, and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with digital tools, content management, social platforms, and campaign analytics will be highly beneficial, along with a desire to understand customers deeply and translate insights into impactful marketing activity.

Why Coloplast?

At Coloplast, you’ll join a global healthcare organisation recognised as a Great Place to Work, where people genuinely care about improving the lives of those living with chronic conditions. Our Marketing team is collaborative, supportive, and driven by a passion for delivering meaningful impact for consumers and healthcare professionals.

We invest in our people, offering excellent opportunities for learning, development, and career progression within marketing and beyond. This role is based in our Dublin office.

Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Employing about 16.000 people and with products available in more than 143 countries, we are one of the world´s leading medical device companies. We are constantly growing our business and always looking for new ways to move forward – we explore, learn and look for new ways of doing things.

Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.

About Coloplast

Coloplast develops products and services to make life easier for people with deeply personal and private medical conditions. These conditions are often associated with trauma and taboo. We call this intimate healthcare.

Closeness to all customers makes this possible. We listen to better understand needs and respond by finding new ways to do things better together. We lead the way by bringing the best ideas first and fast to market in the form of medical devices and service solutions.

Deeply private and personal medical conditions are our focus. Our passion to make a real difference to people’s lives is what drives and unites us. Our culture supports high ambitions and releases the full potential of our own people to achieve them.

Our business includes Ostomy Care, Continence Care, Advanced Wound Care, Interventional Urology and Voice & Respiratory Care. We operate globally, employing more than 16,500 people.
