EC Marketing Associate Manager, Specialized in EC Tiktok Platform

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for e-commerce category and channel management, collaborating with sales teams to drive EC sales growth and achieve market share targets.
• Capable of conducting holistic category analyses, identifying competitor strategies, and formulating SCJ's winning by channel portfolio strategies accordingly.
• Responsible for establishing EC pricing guidelines based on category/brand/competitor analysis and partnering with sales teams to effectively secure platform promotional resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand Marketing, PCM, Supply Chain, etc.) to develop channel-exclusive plans tailored to specific needs.
• Partner with Brand Marketing to define EC NPD plans, including product listing, pricing, forecasting, and investment strategies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing (3+ years of online experience within FMCG preferred).
• Strong logical thinking and in-depth understanding of category development.
• Profound knowledge of all e-commerce platforms and familiarity with platform user behavior and operational mechanisms.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work under pressure and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Quick learner with agility to adapt to market changes rapidly.
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Preferred qualifications: Proficiency in written, reading, and oral English.
