Role & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand wholesale channels
• Explore and initiate franchise business development opportunities
• Proactively approach and develop new sales channels to create additional sales opportunities
• Manage existing wholesale partners to improve sales throughput and inventory days
• Facilitate trade shows and sales meetings for wholesale partners to reach sales goals and take orders
• Reduce business risk through effective payment and shipping management
• Leverage experience in women’s apparel or accessories distribution to strengthen market presence
• Review distribution agreements and serve as company representative to ensure company and brand awareness
• Gather sales orders/forecasts and schedule shipments and all customer sales activities and provide customer service.

Key Result Areas:

• Experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the women’s apparel /sports apparel or retail industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the local wholesale and retail markets and established relationships with local retailers and shopping malls.
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed business decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, results-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Applicants with a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, international trade or related fields will be given priority.

• Passionate about fashion, familiar with the Women’s apparel, accessories and handbag industry, and preferably knowledgeable about the Kipling brand.

Experience With 5-8 years of experience in retail industry by wholesale function.

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: Open for all majors. With a background in business administration, international trade or related fields will be given priority.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Chinese.
• Moderate proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English
