Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, hiring managers, and experienced professionals to support current and future talent needs.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business units, ensuring timely delivery against hiring plans and workforce requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including direct sourcing, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and talent pipelines.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs, provide market intelligence, and drive informed hiring decisions.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, diversity initiatives, regulatory requirements, and service-level expectations.
  • Guide and mentor recruiters and senior recruiters on sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition processes, tools, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruiting programs.
  • Leverage assessment tools, recruitment technologies, and external partners to enhance hiring effectiveness and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Resource Management, and business leaders to ensure seamless onboarding, workforce planning, and successful integration of new hires. Contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including diversity hiring, campus engagement, talent mapping, succession planning support, and workforce forecasting.
  • Monitor recruitment performance through dashboards, metrics, and analytics; present hiring insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Support team capacity planning, workload management, and delivery excellence to ensure achievement of recruitment goals and business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory for this position.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience required; experience in recruiting in public accounting or a professional services environment preferred
  • Experience with recruiting systems/tools preferred workday
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand problems, think critically and identify creative solutions
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools for recruitment reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 25% during peak campus season
