- Track approval status and documentation to ensure required reviews are completed before launch.
- Maintain consistent tagging, taxonomy, file naming, version control, link management, and asset management practices.
- Partner with content strategists and reviewers to resolve executional issues before launch.
Asset, Knowledge & Documentation Management
- Maintain social asset repositories, content archives, publishing records, operational documentation and internal “Social Media Hub” page.
- Document repeatable processes, checklists, templates, and ways of working that improve consistency and reduce friction.
- Support records management and content retention practices with appropriate internal teams.
- Capture learnings, recurring issues, platform updates, and operational best practices.
Measurement Readiness & Data Stewardship
- Own the operational processes that ensure social media activity can be measured accurately and consistently.
- Maintain campaign tagging structures, content classifications, tracking conventions, and metadata standards.
- Validate the integrity and consistency of data inputs used for reporting and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with reporting and analytics partners to ensure content and campaigns are structured for measurement.
- Surface data quality issues, workflow bottlenecks, and operational trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Operating Model & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with the Director of Social Media to strengthen and evolve the social media operating model across teams, channels, and partners.
- Translate recurring execution challenges, stakeholder needs, and platform changes into recommendations for improved workflows, governance, tools, and ways of working.
- Develop clear operational views of upcoming content, workflow health, risks, dependencies, and resource needs to support leadership decision-making.
- Help establish scalable standards, service expectations, roles, and handoffs across internal teams, agencies, and other execution partners.
