Job Description

As an Associate Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end SAP implementations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage project teams, ensuring successful and timely project delivery. This role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and a deep understanding of SAP technologies and project management methodologies. You will be responsible for developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Lead and manage SAP project teams, fostering effective collaboration and timely project execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, providing progress updates to stakeholders and ensuring project goals are met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing strategies for timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with clients, understand their business needs, and tailor project solutions accordingly.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions into existing business processes.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites or other company locations as required for project-related engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in, with a proven track record in IBP Supply Time Series and OBP implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building effective client relationships.
  • Proficiency in SAP technologies and project management methodologies, including a deep understanding of SAP's IBP and OBP solutions.
  • Experience in managing client expectations and translating business requirements into technical project deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing project scopes.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project engagements and client meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage project timelines effectively.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving approach to overcome project challenges.
