Position: Manager, Associate Manager, Sales Supervisor (RedSea)

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve sales goals and improve performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management Leading and managing a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development Developing effective sales strategies and fostering a high-performance sales environment.
  • Team Development Recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching sales staff.
  • Data Analysis Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Communication Ensuring effective communication between upper management and the sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Management Handling customer relationships and resolving issues.
  • Sales Monitoring Monitoring sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Collaboration Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, to drive sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Proven experience in sales leadership roles min 2 years.
  • Skills Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills a. ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to industry changes is also important.
  • Overall, a sales Supervisor acts as an intermediary between management and the sales team, implementing policies, motivating staff
