Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes for Thermal Projects.
  • Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality best practices and procedures.
  • Manage quality documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.
  • Drive a culture of quality excellence and adherence to standards throughout the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
