The Associate Manager, Product plays a key role in supporting the development, oversight, and enhancement of the product shelf at Quadrus. This individual collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure product offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with advisor and client needs.

The successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, curious, and driven to investigate and resolve complex issues. They bring strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing management and evolution of Quadrus’ product shelf, including mutual funds, ETFs, segregated funds, principal-protected notes (PPNs), par notes, liquid alternatives, high-interest savings accounts, bonds, and other securities
  • Conduct product research, due diligence, and competitive analysis across a broad range of investment solutions, including emerging asset classes such as cryptocurrency
  • Investigate and resolve product-related inquiries, escalations, and operational issues with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Partner with internal teams (compliance, operations, distribution, technology) to ensure products are properly onboarded, maintained, and governed
  • Contribute to product launches, enhancements, and ongoing monitoring processes
  • Analyze product performance, trends, and market developments to support strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the development of internal communications, documentation, and training materials related to product offerings
  • Support conflict resolution and problem-solving across stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Completion of, or active enrollment in, the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level I
  • Solid understanding of investment products typically offered by wealth dealers, including:
    • Mutual funds
    • ETFs
    • Segregated funds
    • Equities
    • PPNs and structured notes
    • Fixed income securities (bonds)
    • High-interest savings products
    • Liquid alternatives
    • Cryptocurrency and emerging products
  • Strong analytical and investigative capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London or Toronto.

The base salary for this position is between $71,900 - $119,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
