Key Responsibilities
• Assist in program planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with program management team members and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders to address inquiries and concerns.
• Support budget management and resource allocation efforts.
• Prepare and update program status reports and metrics.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential program risks.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure it is up to date.
• Help monitor and maintain the quality of program deliverables.

The skills you will bring
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in program and project management
• Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plus
