Job Responsibilities
- Support function head to ensure the team daily operation, governance of group share point, coordinate team activities; understand the technical roles and responsibilities of Development CMC China sub-teams; identify gaps and space for improvement in operations; reinforce synergy and collaborations by solutions such as digitalization/AI
- To cultivate culture, nurture the cross-functional connection and collaboration, lead to organize IU level and cross-functional workshop, support global and local corporate initiatives
- Contract/PO/service vendor life-cycle management, support the project management as needed, e.g. CMC work package outsourcing project
- Support department initiatives as needed
- Lead/support HA & consortia collaboration activities, e.g. CCDFIE/CSDR sponsorship projects, DIA projects.
- Support Science & Technology team in scientific engagement activities with external parties, e.g. vendors
Job Requirements
- PhD degree with more than 3 years or Master’s degree with more than 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience; major in life sciences is a plus, major in Biologics is further preferred.
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, especially CMC;
- Strong project management and organizational abilities;
- Experience in planning and executing events or activities;
- Quick learner with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset;
- Excellent multitasking, planning, and organizational skills;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement;
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English;
- Familiarity with digital tools and AI applications;
- Willing to travel as needed.
