You’ll be working in ateamalongside peers always trying to reach the next level, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Business Services EUPBS
Your main responsibility will be to drive payrollprocess in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Czech Republic with our payrollproviders and continually improve the processes, including payrolland employee data management. You will also be responsible for supporting us in implementing the agenda for transformation, putting employee and business partner’s experience firmly in the centre of what we do. You will be supported in delivery byour GCC team in India
Key Ingredients:
Advise and partner with Global Capabilities Center team (GBS) ensuring accurate and timelypayroll processing within dedicated scope
Maintain compliance with internal policies, local legal regulations, and execution playbooks
Audit the quality of work across applicable processes and drive corrective actions
Check and approve payrollreports prepared by GBS team
Reconcile the payrollprocessed to the financial accounting systems including payments
Liaise with all relevant authorities and regulatory bodies, including tax authorities on payrollrelated matters, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of filing requirements
Ensure accuracy of employee data and payrollelements such as deductions, pensions, taxes, bonuses, allowances, RSUs, etc.
Develop, and coach members of theGBS team to ensure they have the appropriate skills, knowledge, and training
Work closely alongside our HR analysts, HRBPs and HR Heads to facilitate the resolution of key payrollissues in the delivery of our services and ensure long term resolution
Feed into and deliver against the continual improvement agenda to implement best-practice and standardization
Champion the GBS brand in the business by acting as a subject matter expert, addressingcomplexpayrollrelated queries of HR team and employees

Education – Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or HR related degree
Passion – Customer centric delivery
IT – Knowledge of HR systems, including Workdayand ServiceNow
Work Experience & Knowledge:
3+ years of Payrollexperience
Payroll Accounting knowledge
Understanding of the end-to-end payrollprocess
Knowledge of local labour legislation (Netherlands, Belgium,Germany, Czech Republic)
Able to manage 3rd party vendor relationships withpayrollproviders
Learning agility to adapt to rapidly evolving landscapes across technology, people delivery models and process & policy change
Experience in working with internal & external control frameworks and auditors
Language Knowledge – English and Dutch fluent
