Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Manager / Manager, Creative Project Management to drive end-to-end delivery of creative work across Asia and beyond. You bring structure to complex, fast-moving workflows and hold projects to scope, timeline, budget and quality, with clear ownership of the outcome.

You are fluent with AI tools and use them as a working part of how you plan, brief, track and report, rather than as an experiment on the side. You also think in systems: you design a way of working once, then make it hold up across markets, teams and tools, from global planning through to local execution.

What you'll do:

  1. Project Management Excellence:
  • Own projects end to end, from brief through to delivery, within scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations, and aligned to the strategic vision.
  • Build realistic schedules and hold them, surfacing slippage early rather than reporting it late.
  • Brief, coordinate and quality-check freelancers and external partners, and help size and shape the freelance bench as project needs shift.
  1. AI-Assisted Delivery:
  • Use AI tools daily across the project cycle: sharpening briefs, summarising status, scoping and estimating, spotting gaps in requirements, and drafting reporting.
  • Build and maintain reusable AI-assisted workflows, including prompts, templates and automations, and document them so the whole team can use them rather than just you.
  • Judge where AI genuinely helps and where it does not. Apply human review to anything that reaches a stakeholder or goes public, particularly on brand, legal and factual accuracy.
  • Keep current as the tools change, and bring the team along with you.
  1. Systems Thinking, Global to Local:
  • Design project structures, brief formats, asset naming and approval gates that work once and then scale across markets: flexible where local needs genuinely differ, consistent where the brand cannot bend.
  • Map how work actually moves between global and local teams, find where it stalls, and fix the system rather than the individual symptom.
  • Balance global brand consistency against market-specific requirements, and make the reasoning behind each trade-off clear to everyone involved.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
  • Act as the key liaison for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, clear asks and honest status.
  • Manage expectations up front so that scope, timelines and deliverables are agreed rather than assumed.
  • Distil complex, multi-workstream detail into short updates people can act on.
  1. Creative Workflow and Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with designers and multimedia teams so that creative workflow and project requirements fit one another.
  • Act as the gatekeeper of team capacity: prioritise, allocate and sequence work across concurrent projects, and renegotiate scope when the numbers do not work.
  • Anticipate risks such as compressed timelines, unclear requirements and resource constraints, and act on them before they land.
  1. Operational and Strategic Oversight:
  • Run regular project reviews and risk assessments, adjusting approach as conditions change.
  • Refine project management SOPs and workflows continuously to improve efficiency and scalability, including identifying where AI can remove manual steps.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to ways of working.

What you'll need:

  • At least 5 years in project management within a creative agency, in-house creative team, tech company or similar fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivery.
  • Hands-on, current use of AI tools in real work. Be ready to talk us through what you use, what you have built with it, and where you have decided not to use it.
  • Comfortable designing process, not only running it. You can point to something you set up that other people still use.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority, and to turn complex information into clear, actionable updates.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with the capacity to hold several projects at once and drive each to completion.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Notion or Bitable, and a point of view on how to configure them well.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple markets or regions is an advantage.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
