Job Title: Associate Manager, Maintenance, PE
City, Country: Qingyuan, Guangdong, China
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities for our PE production operations in Qingyuan. In this role, you will help build a safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing environment by driving equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play an important role in the start-up and stabilization of a growing production site while developing team capability and strengthening maintenance excellence. Your key responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance planning and execution for production and utility equipment, aligning priorities with operational and safety requirements.
- Establish and improve preventive maintenance programs, inspection standards, spare parts strategies, and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, automation, and control system issues.
- Support site commissioning, start-up, ramp-up, and operational readiness activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Develop maintenance technicians, coordinate external contractors, and ensure safe work practices across all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, EHS, quality, warehouse, and planning teams to resolve recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.

You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
- Significant maintenance or engineering experience within a process manufacturing environment, including team leadership or maintenance coordination responsibilities.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, spare parts management, and maintenance systems.
- Understanding of EHS requirements, quality standards, permit-to-work processes, lockout/tagout practices, and contractor management.
- Experience leading technical teams and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and basic English communication and technical reading capability.
