Job Description

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is rapidly growing medical aesthetics brand, offering state-of-the-art, non-surgical skin care and body rejuvenation treatments. We exist to empower people to write their own story on beauty, because we believe beauty belongs to everybody. By joining our team of experienced nurses and aesthetic specialists who provide personalized care and incredible service, you will help people feel good about where they are on life’s journey so they can be who they were meant to be.

We are a fast-paced, innovative, and high-performing company. Our goal is to spark joy for everyone-our guests, each other, and the communities we live, work, and play in. We are a team built of extraordinary individuals who are passionate about helping others achieve their goals. This includes supporting your unique ambitions and career path and wrapping an abundance of resources around you. We are looking for a team player who is highly motivated, energetic, and hungry for growth who we can cheer on to limitless growth and opportunities.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is a part of TAG – The Aspen Group – a family of like-minded brands whose mission it is to empower our teams to deliver the best possible experience and care to every patient that walks through our doors, which means we have a rich bench of experts to collaborate with, borrow from and share wins with.

As a reflection of current needs and planned growth we are excited to offer the opportunity to join our team as a Manager, Local & Growth Marketing.

This role drives the development and execution of growth marketing initiatives plus integrated full-funnel campaigns, to drive guest acquisition, engagement, and retention, with a strong emphasis on driving local marketing initiatives.

In a lean, fast-moving environment, this role is expected to operate with high autonomy, connect dots across functions and channels, get ‘unstuck’ and solve problems, and step in when needed to move initiatives forward.

This individual is both strategic and hands-on, and able to build frameworks and plans while also rolling up their sleeves to execute, test, and optimize in real time.

This role is expected to spend time in studios and markets—not just operate centrally. 50-65% travel expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Local Growth Marketing Ownership

Own end-to-end local marketing strategy and execution to drive market-level performance.

  • Build and execute integrated local marketing plans aligned to growth targets, leveraging a mix of channels, including events, partnerships, local media, and digital channels

  • Identify and activate partnerships (local businesses, brands, media) to expand reach and acquisition

  • Lead local promotions, including referral programs and market-specific offers to drive conversion

  • Own and evolve events strategy as a measurable growth lever, from high-impact all-studio activations to repeatable local playbooks

  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize to improve effectiveness and scalability

2. Integrated Campaign & Promotions Support

Drive strong execution and local amplification of integrated marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Translate brand and campaign strategies into localized, actionable plans

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution across channels

  • Support campaign rollout, asset needs, and in-market execution

  • Identify opportunities to enhance campaigns through local activation, partnerships, and events

  • Ensure campaigns are effectively activated in-market with the right tools, assets, and guidance

3. Studio Connectivity & Visual Merchandising Ownership

Own the in-studio marketing experience and connection between central marketing and the field.

  • Maintain regular in-market presence in priority markets (e.g., visiting studios, attending activations, observing execution firsthand)

  • Build direct relationships with studio teams and act as the primary marketing partner in-market

  • Audit and validate in-studio execution in person, not just via reporting. Equip studios with tools, clarity, and guidance for execution

  • Partner with creative to deliver in-studio signage, displays, and collateral aligned to brand and campaign priorities

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality visual merchandising across locations

  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to improve in-studio marketing

Required Experience/Qualifications:

This role requires a high level of ownership, initiative, and independent problem-solving.

  • Drives work forward independently: Identifies gaps, proposes solutions, and executes without needing step-by-step direction

  • Connects the dots: Understands how local marketing, events, and campaigns tie to broader business goals and acts accordingly

  • Proactively solves problems: Removes blockers, brings recommendations (not just issues), and keeps momentum moving

  • Challenges and improvements: Questions existing approaches and identifies better, more effective ways of working

  • Balances strategy and execution: Can zoom out to define approach while also delivering day-to-day work at a high level

  • Steps beyond scope when needed: Operates as part of a small team—flexes into adjacent areas to keep priorities on track

Key Metrics

This role is accountable for driving measurable growth across core performance metrics. Success is measured by business outcomes, not activity volume.

Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Total guest visits in priority markets

  • ROI of local activations, events, and partnerships

  • Success metrics against each activation (e.g. leads, conversion, revenue)

Engagement & Retention

  • Event attendance and participation rates, with emphasis on existing guests

  • Integrated campaign and promotions effectiveness

  • Operational quality & execution consistency of local programs and frameworks; continuous improvement based on insights

Annual Salary Range: $85,000-105,000/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.

TAG - The Aspen Group

About TAG - The Aspen Group

When we launched Aspen Dental, we set out to break down the barriers that made it hard for patients to keep up with their dental health — affordability, transparency, and access. We knew the key to better patient care started with the provider, so we changed how the dental business worked. We built new relationships, expertise, and tools to help dentists run their businesses more effectively and better care for their patients.

Fast forward, and over 25 years later, we’ve launched more than 1000 Aspen Dental locations—by doing so, we are proud to say we have changed access to dental care nationwide. But there’s more work to do. Healthier, happier smiles were just our beginning.

We come together to launch TAG – The Aspen Group, and we are officially expanding beyond dental to embrace a new vision. As we transform Aspen Dental, Chapter, ClearChoice, WellNow, and Lovet into one family, we’re setting out to achieve one simple goal together: to bring better healthcare to more people - because we believe in a future where health and wellness is accessible for all. While our vision now is broader, how we achieve it remains the same. The best care starts with the provider, and TAG exists to power them so they can meet patients where they are, no matter their specialty, and deliver better care. Because we know that at the end of the day, better healthcare is simple — empower the provider and their teams and the rest will follow.

United as one group, we’re not just breaking down barriers, today we’re breaking through. We’re challenging the status quo. Together we can prove healthcare can be better for both providers and patients. Together we can bring better healthcare to more people.
