ABOUT THE ROLE

Shape the future of HR technology in a global environment. As part of the Global HRIS team, you’ll support and enhance enterprise platforms—including Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, analytics solutions, and custom applications—serving employees across 60+ countries.

This role focuses on advancing our ServiceNow HRSD platform while contributing across the broader HR technology ecosystem. You’ll partner with HR, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that elevate the employee experience.

We’re seeking a technically curious, solutions-oriented professional who thrives across systems—not within a single platform—and is eager to continuously learn, solve complex problems, and drive innovation across HR technology.

Internal Employees - This position is Salary Grade I

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure, support, and optimize HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on ServiceNow HRSD, while contributing across Workday, analytics solutions, integrations, and related systems

  • Analyze business challenges and translate requirements into scalable, sustainable technology solutions

  • Build and support integrations between enterprise systems to ensure accurate and reliable data flow

  • Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues while coordinating resolutions across teams and vendors

  • Support platform enhancements, upgrades, testing activities, and post-deployment validation efforts

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, automation opportunities, and employee experience

  • Contribute to HR technology roadmaps by identifying process improvements and platform enhancement opportunities

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making

  • Create and maintain technical and process documentation, as well as training materials

  • Coordinate and oversee external vendors and outsourced resources to ensure delivery quality and operational effectiveness

  • Stay current on HR technology trends, automation capabilities, and best practices across enterprise platforms

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, software engineering, systems development, or a related technical field.

  • Experience supporting, configuring, developing, or integrating enterprise applications or custom software.

  • Experience working with workflows, integrations, or integrating enterprise applications or custom software.

  • Experience in scripting, automation, reporting, or configuration (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, Power BI, or similar technologies)

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience

  • Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar systems

  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or other ticketing, workflow, or case-management platforms

  • Workday configuration or administration experience

  • Experience with reporting, analytics, or data visualization tools such as Power BI

  • Experience supporting integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms

  • Exposure to custom applications, automation tools, or workflow technologies

  • Experience working in global or multi-country HR systems environments

  • Experience coordinating external vendors or offshore resources

  • Understanding of integrations, workflows, data structures, and system connectivity concepts

  • Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams

  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Project management experience or PMP certification (preferred)

  • Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical background (preferred)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time onsite in Racine, WI

  • Remote work available one day per week for eligible employees
