This position will be for our new manufacturing facility in Joliet and will initially be employed by Hyundai Translead's corporate office but will be remote from the State of Illinois to support the launch of the Company’s new manufacturing facility before transitioning to full time, onsite once the facility is operational.
Pay Range: $70,304 - $79,305

The Associate General Administration Manager is responsible for supporting operational readiness, workplace operations, employee support services, and administrative functions that enable safe, compliant, and efficient business operations. The role provides leadership for site services, workplace support programs, vendor-delivered services, employee-facing administrative programs, and cross-functional operational initiatives that contribute to workforce readiness, workplace functionality, employee experience, and overall site operations.
Responsibilities may evolve based on organizational growth, startup activities, operational maturity, workforce expansion, and business requirements. Position scope, decision-making authority, organizational impact, workforce leadership responsibilities, and strategic influence increase by level.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience supporting business operations, site administration, manufacturing support operations, workplace services, operational readiness, vendor management, or administrative operations.
Experience coordinating multiple operational service providers.
Experience identifying operational issues and implementing practical solutions.
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, distribution, construction, startup, or operational environments.
