About the role:

We are looking for an Associate Manager - FP&A to join our FP&A team within our Finance function, and to work towards delivering high-quality planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support across Sun King. This role will be best suited for someone who has an affinity for financial analysis, detail oriented and is curious to understand the business and has a problem solving as well as a continuous learning mindset. The role requires the Associate Manager - FP&A to be occasionally present in our Mumbai office based out of Worli, as in when needed.

What you will be expected to do

• Perform variance analysis across key indicators with past trends, AOPs and budgets.
• Prepare monthly MIS packs, management reports, and dashboards.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecast.
• Timely, accurate monthly reporting and forecast submissions.
• Consolidate inputs from business units and challenge assumptions.
• Collaborate with team to support audit and internal team data and reporting requirements.
• Perform process automations and system upgrades and enhancement for the SAC reporting tools including existing and new reports and dashboards.
• Work with cross functional teams on cost tracking, pricing support, and business cases.

You might be a strong candidate if you have/are

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA / CMA / MBA (Finance).
• 3+ years of relevant professional work experience in FP&A.
• Advanced Excel: INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dynamic arrays, Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables, scenario/sensitivity tools, VBA/macros. Power BI would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of financial statements, analytical and management reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud and AI tools like Claude, Gemini.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
