Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of finance functions (i.e. accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management etc.) including leading and coaching other teammates.

• Preparation of full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation.

• Oversee Subsidiary’s Management report.

• Creating reports, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data

• Monitor cash flow management, consolidation of accounting information internally.

• Liaise with external auditor for statutory and reporting regulatory.

• Working closely with the tax department to comply with all tax requirements and ensure timely tax submissions.

• Manage the closing of accounts and all general accounting functions.

• Ensure timely completion and submission of report to management.

• With experience with Global/Regional Finance with respect of compliance, accounting processes, systems, and control environment is an advantage

• Led the Finance team in developing internal controls, policies, and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

• Support headquarters' initiatives, including the launch of new products, features, and group processes.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the company's success.

Pre-Requisites :

• Possess minimum 3 years’ working experience in financial and management reporting.

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

• Strategic thinking but also hands on and able to deep dive into details as required.

• Great communication skills and able to present complex issues in a simple and structured manner.

• Able to think and work systematically to identify and recommend process changes to improve work effectiveness and efficiencies, and controls.

• Ability to work with tight time frames, assist in direct, supervise and coach subordinates, multi-task, manage resource usage efficiently and priorities task for timely completion

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products is a must (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Global/Regional Finance for compliance, accounting processes, systems and control environment is an advantage
