CureMD is seeking an Associate Manager - Digital Marketing to help drive key initiatives in enhancing our online presence, generating qualified leads, and building brand recognition. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the company’s digital marketing strategies across SEO, Email Marketing, Content Development, PPC and Campaign Management, Brand Development and Management, and Social Media Marketing to achieve CureMD’s business objectives. By managing multiple projects, optimizing digital channels, and cross-team collaboration, you will help deliver measurable results and contribute to the overall success and growth of our marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting and owning a forward thinking marketing strategy that boosts online traffic, accelerates lead generation, and amplifies brand visibility across all digital channels.

• Mobilizing team members to drive exponential growth through enhanced knowledge, efficiency, and quality.

• Overseeing stakeholder communication to guarantee clear, cohesive messaging and alignment of project goals across all teams, ensuring unified collaboration and transparency.

• Supporting the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from strategic planning and execution to monitoring both organic and paid efforts across diverse platforms.

• Implementing targeted strategies to elevate organic search rankings while enhancing the user experience across all digital touchpoints.

• Collaborating to create captivating, high-impact content designed to generate viral traffic and maximize engagement across digital channels.

• Using tools like Google Analytics and advanced AI to continuously optimize and enhance campaign performance through proactive insights and data-driven strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing or Google Ads are a plus.

• 5-7 years of progressive experience; demonstrating success in team mobilization and driving traffic.

• Hands on proficiency across all areas of marketing such as SEO, Email Marketing, Content Development, PPC and Campaign Management and Brand Activation.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making sound decisions.

• Creative thinker who can help generate new campaign ideas and new approaches for growth marketing.

• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, effective in collaborating with cross-functional team along with presenting strategies and results to stakeholders.
