This role serves as a skilled communications expert responsible for organizing and executing initiatives that span multiple teams or functions, aiming to influence business performance and enhance customer and employee experiences. The individual independently manages projects or processes within their area, applying intermediate practical knowledge to drive transformation and elevate results. Communication efforts focus on promoting and protecting the organizationÂ’s reputation through internal and external channels. The role involves creating diverse communication materials, preparing executives for media interactions, and leading change communications and large employee meetings. It requires research and consideration of multiple factors to address complex issues, leveraging best practices and past precedents to develop effective solutions that support strategic objectives.
