A dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Development Associate Manager to drive the growth and execution of our Out of Home (OOH) channel strategy. This role will be responsible for developing commercial plans, managing strategic B2B partnerships, and accelerating the growth of our coffee and beverage categories. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to deliver sustainable business growth, maximize profitability, and strengthen our market position.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the OOH/Food Service channel.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key B2B customers and business partners.
  • Drive category growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Deliver volume, revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage budgets, promotional activations, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze commercial performance, sales mix, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop route-to-market strategies to optimize channel performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of commercial plans.
  • Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.

What will make you successful…

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of commercial or sales experience.
  • Proven experience within the Out of Home (OOH) or Food Service channel.
  • Strong B2B sales and/or marketing experience, including account management,
  • negotiations, contract management, budgeting, and commercial activations.
  • Experience with Brand Building
  • Experience within the coffee or hot beverages category is highly preferred.
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
