We are seeking a talented and ambitious Associate Manager to join our Cardiology Department at Providence Medical Group's (PMG) Eureka, California location.
This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the clinic, overseeing both the clinic’s leadership team and the daily operations. The position ensures high-quality, efficient, and effective delivery of services by managing overall clinic performance, including workflows, patient experience, operational outcomes, and regulatory compliance. This leader will guide and support the clinic leaders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the clinics meet organizational goals related to quality, service, financial performance, and patient care.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
