Job Purpose: Area In Charge - Civil is responsible for supervising and managing all civil engineering and infrastructure-related activities within the assigned port area. This includes ensuring that all facilities are structurally sound, operationally efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards to support seamless port operations.

• Responsible for Projects execution & Upkeeping port infrastructure
• Overseeing of Operation and Maintenance of Port Civil Infrastructure
• Review and forward resources required for the department to get approval from the superiors.
• Analyzing the of estimations
• Execute Projects on time.
• Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawings
• Safety performance of the Dept, Identification of safety issues and ensuring close out, Participation in incident investigation
• Developing best in class processes and systems
• Ensuring the quality standards for all structural works.
• Budget review / preparation / NFA for new projects
• Contractor Management
• Strategic Branding of Adani Group within and outside the organization amongst the internal / external stakeholders
• Developing Talent / Leadership pipeline within the department
• Ensuring Digital Transformation within the department

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline

Work Experience:

12+ years of experience in Civil constructions and maintenance
