Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Own the business and operational performance of Klook’s Car supply in Korea. Use key metrics to improve price competitiveness, availability and inventory health, as well as supplier service quality.

-Build and manage strong relationships with local suppliers. Identify issues early, develop practical solutions, and improve both customer value and supplier operating efficiency.

-Identify, acquire and onboard local suppliers based on market demand. Negotiate product, pricing and commercial terms; lead suppliers through onboarding to ensure competitive, market-ready products.

-Demonstrate strong commercial insight: monitor the Korean mobility and travel market, analyse industry developments and competitor activity, and turn findings into effective supply strategies.

-Prepare clear business reviews and work plans for internal stakeholders and external decision-makers.

Requirements:

-3+ years of experience in business development, supplier acquisition/management, marketplace or e-commerce. Proven ability to build a pipeline through cold outreach and win new partners.

-Strong commercial judgement, negotiation capability and external stakeholder management skills. Experience in car rental, private transfer, travel, mobility or other supply-heavy businesses is a plus.

-Strong learning agility, cross-functional collaboration and teamwork. You enjoy solving ambiguous business and operational problems.

-Korean language requirement: Native Korean, or professional working proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level 6 or equivalent) for Chinese candidates. Must be able to independently conduct supplier outreach, business negotiations, onboarding discussions and written communication in Korean.

-Professional working proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

-Comfortable with data analysis and proficient in common business productivity tools (e.g., Excel and presentation tools).
