Job Purpose: Associate - Commercial M&A and Structuring is responsible for supporting the company's M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation of transaction documents, and post-closure integration. The role will focus on commercial analysis and evaluating new business opportunities, optimizing commercial and M&A structures, and supporting strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable business growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of M&A processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deals with the company’s long-term objectives.

Finalisation of estimated project cost, operating expense, interest rates, capital structure to analyse the financial feasibility of the proposed bid.

Educational Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance)
Work Experience:
3-7 years of experience in M&A, commercial structuring, and strategic business development, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
Proven experience in due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation.
Strong understanding of M&A processes, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in commercial bidding strategies and financial management is a plus.
