• ServiceDelivery

  • Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessingofendorsements,certificates,invoices and policy documents.

  • Monitorservicelevelsandclientsatisfaction,resolvingissuesproactively.

  • Understandclient’sbusinessandriskmanagementneedsandsupportTeam Lead to look for solutions including cross-selling across all products.

• StrategicSupport

  • Assistindevelopingclientstrategiesandproposals

  • Supportcross-sellinginitiativesandidentifyopportunitiesforexpandingservices

• Compliance&Documentation

  • Maintainclientdatafiles,servicerecordsandmeetingminutesinaccordance with Willis Excellence Model standards

  • EnsureadherencetolocalregulatoryrequirementsandWTW’sguidelinesand procedures

• Athoroughunderstandingandanexpertrealtimeuserforallrelevantdocumentation/ processing systems

• Developingandmaintaininggeneralknowledgeandexperienceofthe(re)insurancemarket as awhole,recognise and explaintrends, generalcarriercapabilities andcompetitiveness.

• Constantlykeepingabreastofinsuranceproductdevelopments

• Coordinate and collaborate with specialists, consultants, industry experts, and other critical teammembersacrossWTWsegmentsandgeographiestobringthefullcapabilitiesofWTW to the client and ensure a streamlined client experience

• HoldBCP,PGIandComGI certification

• Abilitytoworkundertimepressuretoensurepromptservicedelivery

• Prepareclientandprospectpresentations

• Independentandself-motivatedindividualwhoconsistentlystrivetodeliverthebestforWTW' s clients

• Mayholdregulatorylicenses,permissionsandtechnicalorotherrequirements

  applicableunderlocallegislation

• Intheabsenceofsuch,willbeawareofandadheretorelevantregulations
