
The Associate Manager, Artist Partnerships will support Spotify’s business with artists and their teams, helping to execute innovative partnerships that extend beyond the traditional release cycle. This role sits at the intersection of artist relationships, cultural marketing, and cross-functional execution supporting internal teams and external partners across a range of initiatives.
As part of the Artist Partnerships team, you will contribute to building and maintaining relationships with artists, managers, and industry stakeholders, while supporting campaigns, cultural moments, and strategic programs. You will assist in executing artist-first strategies that drive cultural relevance, audience growth, and business impact for Spotify.
This role is uniquely positioned as a cross-genre support role, contributing across broader team initiatives, while helping scale best-in-class partnership approaches across the organization. This role will focus on execution, coordination, and project support across multiple workstreams.
This position is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Lead for Artist Partnerships.
Represent Spotify music team externally & in support & develop relationships with managers & key industry partners
Assist in day-to-day communication with the artist partnership teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and coordination across initiatives
Support end-to-end execution of campaigns and industry programs across all genres
Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Label Partnerships, Editorial, Marketing, Product, Social) to support campaign planning and execution.
Assist in bringing campaigns to life across Spotify’s priority franchises and cultural moments
Support the team on all elements of artist campaigns & industry programs from start to finish.
Assist in developing campaign materials, presentations, and recaps, contributing insights and learnings
Strengthen and build artist partnerships through strategic educational programs and aligning on external policies that fall in line with team goals and quarterly focus areas
Maintain internal trackers, documents, decks and reporting across campaigns and partnerships
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and team coordination
Support logistical coordination for Spotify activations and key industry moments
You have 3+ years of experience in music, entertainment, marketing, or project management
You are a passionate music fan with a strong awareness of trends across genres and cultures
Strong understanding of the music industry, including artist, manager, and label dynamics
Exhibit a clear understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and current trends
Strong collaborator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Highly proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear and effective communicator with strong attention to detail
Solutions-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously
Optimistic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable supporting members of the team with coordination and contributing across a variety of projects
Able to quickly adapt and learn new skill sets as needed
Willingness to support events outside of standard business hours and travel when needed

We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home
We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week
The United States base range for this position is $92,126 - $131,609, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
