We are looking for an Associate Manager, Affiliate to lead and operate TikTok Shop Affiliate programs as an agency partner, acting as the key bridge between Brands and MCNs/Creators This role owns end-to-end affiliate campaign operations—from platform setup and system configuration to creator/MCN onboarding, performance optimization, stakeholder management, and reporting. You will work cross-functionally with brand teams, internal delivery teams, and external partners to scale GMV and improve campaign efficiency.
